a sales assistant in the chat for shopify stores.
Your customer types what she's looking for. The chat shows matching products from your catalogue with photo and price, asks for her size and puts the item in the cart. Then it tells her how much is left until free shipping and suggests a second piece that goes with it.
60 seconds, from question to checkout.
with a real catalogue.
On 16 October 2026 I tested the chat with the public catalogue of Kickin' Couture, a shop from Bremen, Germany: 28 products, free shipping from €80. The chat ran on my computer, not in their store. The shop is German, so the chat answered in German.
In your store it opens as a chat window. On a phone it fills the whole screen, like in these pictures.
-
1The customer wants two shirts in M. The chat puts both in the cart, €78 in total.
-
2The receipt shows what's missing: €2 until free shipping.
-
3Below it, the chat suggests the tote bag with the same print for €17. One tap adds it to the cart.
where it stands today.
Since October 2026 the chat runs in a live store with a real checkout. No order has come through it yet. The pictures on this page come from demo stores and test runs on my computer.
On 16 October 2026 I ran six tests in my demo store. In all six, after the first item the chat named the amount left until free shipping and suggested a second shirt.
Your customers still pay in your normal Shopify checkout. Questions the chat can't answer get passed on to you.
Does the chat slow your store down? I measured it on 19 October 2026. Until someone taps the chat button, your page loads one file of 3.2 KB and blocks for 0 milliseconds. The chat window only loads after the tap, and before that the chat stores nothing in your customer's browser.
try first, pay later.
Send me your shop's address. I set the chat up with your real products and you click through it. It only costs something once it runs in your store. Founder price for the first 3 shops: €49 a month for 3 months, then €89 a month, plus €190 one-time setup. Cancel any month.
