No. The chat is one small script tag in your theme. Until someone taps the chat button your page loads one file of about 3 KB.

Conversations are stored in Frankfurt and deleted after 90 days. To write its answers, the chat sends messages to Anthropic's Claude. Your customers see in the first message that they are talking to an AI.
